(a) For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the terms "we" and "the Company" refer to Aktinium Technologies Ltd, a private limited company, registered under the Laws of England and Wales (Company no. 9599704).
(b) The terms "you" and "customer" refer to the individual or company placing an order on this website, with Aktinium Technologies Ltd.
These Terms and Conditions shall not be construed to affect your statutory rights, as applicable under English law.
(a)Any purchase order made by you to the company, shall be completed via PayPal, which is a secure online processing system. (b) You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase on this website.
(c) You can "Check out as Guest", which enables you to pay with all major credit and debit cards, without a need to sign up to PayPal.
(a) The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice.
(b) Once an order is placed, the price is guaranteed to the customer, and will not be varied.
(a) All orders placed on this website, benefit from free delivery with UPS.
(b) Free Delivery can take 1-2 working days to Mainland UK (a longer delivery period may occur for Northern Ireland and non-Mainland UK). EU delivery is 3-6 working days. USA delivery is 2-3 business days (longer for Alaska and Hawaii). Australia delivery is 3-7 business days. Canada delivery is 3-5 business days.
(c) In order for the Order to be dispatched same-day, it must be placed before 11am (GMT) that day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). Otherwise, dispatch will be next working day.
(d) For shipments outside the UK, delivery time can vary, and in some cases can be delayed due to standard customs checks according to the law. If a customer is liable to pay any duty or tax in the receiving nation, it is their sole responsibility to do so.
(e) In the event a customer refuses to pay for local duties and/or taxes due, the customer must ensure the return of the parcel back to Aktinium Technologies Ltd, before any refund is processed. If due to non-payment of duties/taxes due in the receiving nation, the goods are disposed of or destroyed, no refund or resending of the goods will be accepted.
(a) The Customer retains the right to cancel any order within 14 days of placing the order.
(b) The Customer does not need to provide a reason for the cancellation.
(c) If the Customer cancels the order before receiving an email notification that the goods have been dispatched, the customer shall receive a full refund upon request for cancellation.
(d) If the Customer cancels the order after the goods have been dispatched, the customer must wait and return the goods to the company (at 20 Clarks Mead, Bushey, Hertfordshire, WD234JZ, UK), at their own cost, before receiving a refund.
(d)(i) In such a case, the Company reserves the right to inspect the goods upon return, and deduct appropriate amounts, should there be any defects, or the goods not returned in full. Otherwise, a full refund will be issued promptly upon return of goods.
(a) All of our epoxy resin products must be used /applied in accordance with the instruction guide that comes with each order. If a customer or user fails to properly follow the instructions as laid out in the instruction guide, they shall have no claim against the company, as far as the law allows.
(b) The company shall have no liability for misuse, abuse, or any negligent , reckless or intentionally wrongful use of any of its products by a customer, user or any third party.
(a) If you receive defective goods or goods damaged in transit, please inform us immediately via email or telephone.
(b) In the case of receipt of defective goods or goods damaged in transit, the customer retains the right of a full refund or resending of the goods at no charge.
(c) In the case of goods damaged in transit, please provide photographic evidence upon receipt of the goods.
(d) In the case of a claim of defective goods, we reserve the right to deny a refund or a resending of goods, should we deem that the customer incorrectly used the goods or made an error in the process of working with the goods.
These terms and conditions shall be construed under the applicable law of contracts in England and Wales, and shall be governed exclusively by English law.
